The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-kept and clean, making it easy for us seniors to navigate and relax. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with everything conveniently located and easy to reach. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free.
It would have been even better if there were some extra assistance available for us seniors, perhaps with carrying our luggage or navigating the stairs. However, the children working there were polite and friendly, so it wasn't a major issue.
